Pricing
All products are quoted in US dollars ($). Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. Box of Comfort & Hope pictures and descriptions on the website are general representations of what’s included in the gift box. Substitutions may be made as our stock is constantly changing, but you can be assured that the gift box will bring comfort and hope to anyone experiencing a difficult season.
Shipping
An email will be sent from us when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage has been found, please email us at admin@delightedbygrace.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include pictures of the damaged product and the tracking number located on the shipment label. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping company and will replace any damaged items with the same (or similar) items, depending on our current inventory.
Refunds
If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund will be credited back to your payment account. Once a shipment tracking number has been generated, we do not offer refunds.
