Helpful Resources

I’ve pulled together some of my favorite resources. On this page, you will find helpful books, podcasts, counselor referrals, crisis hotlines, and topic-related posts. I realize that everyone is at their unique place in their grief journey. You may not have the capacity to read right now. I want you to know that is okay. Do not let the internal critic shame you. It’s okay if you can only listen to music. I’ve created a playlist that you can sign-up for as well. We are all different. No-one carries their loss in exactly the same way. My prayer is that you will be able to accept where you are and what you can do in any given moment. Grace—it’s what breathes life into us and gives us the strength to move forward. I hope that you will be able to find at least one resource that is helpful to you.
